Hello, I am new to Nebulae 2 but already have a quite big problem:
I tried to update to the latest firmware from your site and it seemed to work.
After trying to load alternative instruments (also from your site) it got stuck in green mode, for about a hour or so.
After shutting it down it is now stuck in permanent white mode, when I switch it on again.
Tried to update it again with original firmware, but no reaction, all white.
I hope you may give me some advice how to fix that.
