I updated a newly purchased data bender to 1.4.5 firmware, according to your instructions. The update appeared to complete OK, with the right colored lights for the new version. However, the module ceased to process audio. Also the clock light ceased to blink at various speeds in response to the time knob, instead flickering at a constant 10Hz. The module is also nonresponsive to external clock.
I have tried downgrading the firmware to the original, and the same symptoms occur. Also I have tried a reset key sequence. Perfect Circuit have asked me to contact you before they issue a RMA…
