I updated the firmware on surface and it said it was uploaded and completed when I hit reset the instructions said it should start the module back up but it’s not restarting. all the LED remain off and the red light is on in the back. nothing I do will change that… I need some guidance
Hey @jcp9700, I’m sorry to hear you are having issues with your Surface update! To confirm, did you fully extract the .bin file from the .zip folder after downloading it from our site? The file will not work unless extracted from the .zip folder.
