Is there a way to tell if modules are in stock if I am ordering from Qu-Bit directly on their website?

Hey @BobRossTheThird, welcome to the forum! If you are able to add a module to the cart, it is in stock 
All out of stock modules have a little sold out indicator in the top-right section of the product photo like so:
Current modules that are out of stock are Mixology, and Scanned.
At the moment, you can expect 2-3 business days between your order confirmation and your order shipping out.
