I have a problem with the mode setting on my Pulsar, when I press the mode button the lower 4 left quadrant LEDS flash with all the different channel colours but when I turn the encoder they go out but if I turn the encoder nothing happens and I cannot change the mode. Is there a way to do a factory reset?
Hey @Rossa! You can reset all your channels on Pulsar by holding both the Channel and Gravity buttons for a couple seconds. You will see a little white LED animation once the reset is complete. If this doesn’t solve your issue, we’d be happy to dive further with our tech support team! Just let me know.
Hi, I have sorted it out and after a good read of the manual managed to get it to change mode normally. I don’t know how I got it to lock up like that but all is now working as per normal, Pulsar is an amazing module and am having a lot of fun with it!
