Nebulae top 2 leds stay on red, bottom left on white

I am new to Nebulae and have been getting on fine. But I turned the rack on this evening and after it cycles through the various colours it then stops with top two Led’s solid red, the bottom left led stays solid white. How can I get past this problem because it does not want to talk to me anymore. The module is shop bought less than 2 weeks old.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please.

“Red LED: Nebulae update has failed.” that’s all I could find in the manual. did you update it recently? Maybe try reinstalling the firmware?

Thanks for your suggestion. I had not upgraded it but after 2 hours it came back to life.
