…so I am a noob and I accidentally patched a clock output from my DAW (Bitwig) INTO the sonar output (because I am a tired dad) of my Nautilus module. it was only for a minute or so…
anyway I am anxious that I might have damaged it somehow. everything SEEMS to work normally once I realised my mistake. I know it was a stupid thing to do.
Anyone can reassure me about this? is there any kind of input voltage ‘just in case’ protection?
I can’t tell for sure, but I believe units like this are protected for these kind of accidents.
If everything still works fine and there is no funny smell or no smoke (usually with analogue modules) I think you’ll be fine.
Like @airell said, we do have a lifetime repair warranty on all Qu-Bit modules! That being said, your module should be totally fine so no need to worry. If something does pop up though, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team!
